Remote support service is limited to customer technical difficulties only. Service is not provided on weekends and holidays. Connection may be weak or unstable due to network status. Please try reconnecting if you are having difficulties.

Techincal support appointment service is limited to registered Autonics website users only. You may set an appointment time for a technical service representative to contact you. Call time is limited to 15 minutes per call. Service may not be available depending on operating conditions.

Autonics offers repair services for all Autonics products. You may submit your repair service request through Autonics distributors or mail-in request. Please refer to the repair service page for more detailed information.
