The LPD series inductive linear positioning sensors can detect linear movement and position of metal objects. The coreless method improves detection precision and reduces the risk of damage due to impact on the detection surface. With oil resistant cable, the sensors can be used even in harsh environments including machine tools industry.

Linear Positioning Sensors
Linear positioning sensors can detect linear movement and position of metal objects within a set detection range. The sensors can save space compared to installing multiple proximity sensors and raise sensing precision.
Excellent Detection Performance and Durability
With the coreless method, the coils and cores within the sensor are imprinted in an inductive pattern, which allows more stable and accurate detection performance. The risk of damage from impact on the detection surface is low, so it can be used even in harsh environments including the machine tools industry.

The sensors are available in 14 mm, 103 mm detection range models. Cable type, cable connector type, connector types are available for application in various environments.

Oil-Resistant (PVC) Cable
The robust oil-resistant cable allows the sensors to be installed in environments with hydraulic fluids or cutting fluids. (14mm model)

The green and red LED operation indicator allows users to easily identify operation status.

IP67 protection structure allows the units to be safely applied in environments with dust or water.
Detection Target (Sold separately)
